Inspiring creative solutions in times of self-directed change.

Creating focus for navigating unexpected scenarios.

Navigating family changes through conflict resolution

In the different stages of parenthood we are constantly:

  • shifting and clarifying and

  • prioritizing our responsibilities.

Together we can develop ways to ensure we keep centered while focusing on the demands of family and on unexpected scenarios. We can strive to celebrate present moments.

Sudden caregiving for elder parent

or family members can cause:

  • huge disruptions in our lives

  • short and long term crises

We are often thrust into:

  • new roles

  • new communication patterns

with our partners, our parents, our siblings, our children.

Together we can stay focused on immediate demands and new communication patterns. We can create calming routines.

As evolving persons we can:

  • seize the moment to manifest a new project,

  • focus with dedication on new goals.

Together we can create a strategy that feels empowering that creates new levels of clarity and accomplishment in important endeavors.

Changes can cause:

  • sleepless nights

  • constant worry

  • overwhelm.

Together we can address ways to offer care to self, to solve problems in a non-adversarial way, to lessen stress.

When we aspire to pursue a creative art we create new projects:

  • visual

  • performance art

  • writing focus

  • design

Together we can establish a successful routine that allows for productive joyful creativity and that allows for maintaining boundaries, deadlines and enthusiasm.

As evolving people we find ourselves suddenly:

  • with an empty nest,

  • with adult children at home.

  • recently retired

  • relocated.

Together we can create a strategy that allows for exploration, for unfolding in new ways that gratifies, enriches and supports our whole being.

A common thread through all my work has been my desire to:

  • protect integrity,

  • to encourage a pause that allows for reinvigoration and thoughtful solutions,

  • to think outside the box in  and creating new projects,

  • to resolve conflicts

  • I’m an volunteer mediator for a city community relations office.

  • I’ve been an advocate for children, representing them as guardian ad litem in divorce cases.

  • I’ve edited testimonials for rescued victims of trafficking, I've built awareness and vigilance for anti-trafficking organizations

Extensive travels include living in India and Europe as well as volunteering in a children’s home in Nepal. I've manager for a touring company, worked as public relations spokesperson and actor for TV and Film.

I know first hand the complexity and disruptions of caregiving for elder family members.

Described as calming, fearless and focused with a sense of humor, I  have been married for 38 years and have two adult daughters.
