PARENTHOOD

In the different stages of parenthood we are constantly:

  • shifting and clarifying and

  • prioritizing our responsibilities.

Together we can develop ways to ensure we keep centered while focusing on the demands of family and on unexpected scenarios. We can strive to celebrate present moments.

CAREGIVING ROLE DURING AGING OR ILLNESS

Sudden caregiving for elder parent

or family members can cause:

  • huge disruptions in our lives

  • short and long term crises

We are often thrust into:

  • new roles

  • new communication patterns

with our partners, our parents, our siblings, our children.

Together we can stay focused on immediate demands and new communication patterns. We can create calming routines.

NEW PHASES OF LIFE

As evolving persons we can:

  • seize the moment to manifest a new project,

  • focus with dedication on new goals.

Together we can create a strategy that feels empowering that creates new levels of clarity and accomplishment in important endeavors.

EXHAUSTION

Changes can cause:

  • sleepless nights

  • constant worry

  • overwhelm.

Together we can address ways to offer care to self, to solve problems in a non-adversarial way, to lessen stress.

CREATIVE FOCUS

When we aspire to pursue a creative art we create new projects:

  • visual

  • performance art

  • writing focus

  • design

Together we can establish a successful routine that allows for productive joyful creativity and that allows for maintaining boundaries, deadlines and enthusiasm.

CONFUSING TIMES

As evolving people we find ourselves suddenly:

  • with an empty nest,

  • with adult children at home.

  • recently retired

  • relocated.

Together we can create a strategy that allows for exploration, for unfolding in new ways that gratifies, enriches and supports our whole being.
